Hi Everyone!

This is our first newsletter. We tried to answer everyone individually who wrote to us at our website, but because of the success of our song "Boom Boom Ba" in DEAD LIKE ME, the outstanding television series shown on the Showtime Newtork (USA), we can no longer keep up with the volume of mail so we have to
post updates to you!

"Boom Boom Ba" can be heard again on January 30th at 10.00pm on the Showtime Network in the USA only, where the hit series is being aired for the third time.

DEAD LIKE ME is also being shown in South America and has just completed an airing on the SKY 1 Satellite Network (UK/Irleland).As soon as we get broadcast times and schedules we will post them right here!

We just finished writing music for a Historical documentary produced for RTE Television (Irish State Television) by Aidan Stanley, to be shown later in the year. Once again, we will post an air date once we have confirmed airings.

Métisse are featured in the new book by Alan Swan's "FROM THE CRADLE TO THE STAGE," alongside many famous Irish recording artists including U2, The Cranberries, The Corrs, The Chieftains and many others. It has been released and is currently in the shops.

If there are any visitors from Italy, keep an eye out for "New Age and New Sound" Magazine; Métisse are featured on the CD that comes free with the magazine, which also includes a very cool article about us too!

We have recently been approached by the producers of a comedy series called "The Big Bow Wow" to provide our song "Sousounde" as a backing track...more on this if and when that is confirmed.

Please note that our website is in the process of being updated. We have already made some ammendments in response to your emails! For example, we have replaced a lot of the graphic images with plain text. This now makes it possible for anyone that is visually impaired to access their speech technology functions! We hope to have the entire website updated soon and have already updated the following links: ABOUT METISSE, MUSIC DOWNLOADS, SHOP ONLINE and SUBSCRIBE.

Keep writing to us. We love to read your mail and we will try to answer as many queries as we can...

Lots of Love!
